Lemay + Toker was engaged for the renovation and renewal of the University of Alberta, Faculty of Extension, in downtown Edmonton’s Enterprise Square. The goal was to transform the second floor of the University’s downtown campus from a former office space into a 25,000 sq. ft. world-class teaching environment, strengthening the university’s ties with downtown businesses, arts and cultural communities while contributing to broader downtown revitalization efforts. The light-filled environment features focused study areas and diverse learning spaces, each one hosting multiple functions to accommodate different learning styles.
