Lemay + Toker was prime consultant responsible for coordinating the mechanical and electrical teams, along with the corporate culture focus study, programming, space planning, design development, construction and tender documents, furniture specifications and contract administration.

Common spaces welcome employees to a Bell-branded environment with shared access to a full-service deli and state-of-the-art fitness facility, change rooms and showers, outdoor hockey, basketball and beach volleyball courts and 1/3 km running trail. The building is universally accessible throughout and is surrounded by a beautiful park setting with walking paths, sitting areas and a grass amphitheatre.
